Are you a bit of a book worm....me too. I love my home library and use this reading log to keep track of which books I've been reading, or ones I want to read.
It's up to you how you use your reading log. I write the name of the book on the spine when I start it, and when I finish my book I log that it is finished by colouring it in. Over time it will start to look very colourful in your planner as you read more books!
If you don't want to do that you could write books to buy. It is up to you how to fill in your reading log.
