There are so many things to be grateful for in our lives, but if like me you find it hard to recall things sometimes then you definitely need this insert. Each petal of the flower is for each day of the month (or you can fill it in over a longer period of time if you wish) so that at the end of each month you will have 30 things you have been grateful for.
