A gratitude jar is a perfect way to record things that you are grateful for. Write, draw, doodle, or stick things down to show all that you are grateful for.
Each sheet has a gratitude jar with a floral border along the bottom and the reverse of each sheet is a space to just get thoughts out of your head. Could be thoughts that bother you, just stuff you need to note somewhere, anything you need that page to be so that it doesn't clutter your memories of what you are grateful for.
